Larkin Mosscrop - Larkin is a life-long learner and educator, having a passion for science communication and community engagement. Larkin's career in nuclear started as an environmental remediation specialist at Canadian Nuclear Laboratories, where she isalso currently a Senior Project Manager for Science and Technology. Her passion for a better planet around issues of climate change and sustainability is what drives her in her work. She has become a strong nuclear advocate and provides community and in schoollearning opportunities about hybrid energy systems and nuclear science and technology. As she worked more with students, she was left with many questions about how to improve energy literacy which led her to becoming a PhD student studying energy policy inthe elementary classroom.
