Dr. Dominika Dolzycka, since March 2020, Dominika Dolzycka has been responsible for the planning and coordination of the development of joint scientific infrastructures within the Berlin University Alliance as a process management consultant in Objective 5: Sharing Resources and since 2022 as Head of Team Sharing Ressources. 

The Berlin University Alliance wants to create a common, integrated research environment in the capital. To this end, the Alliance partners have set themselves the goal of forming a network for research services and infrastructures as one of their five objectives. For example, the partner institutions would pool their resources by making their large-scale facilities, collections, data, and services available to all researchers. Additionally, the partnership aims to make it easier to plan the future of the Berlin region’s scientific infrastructure. 

The business economist, who has a doctorate in psychology, has previously worked at the partner institutions of the Alliance in very different positions, i.e. as business developer. She is also coach for business, scientific, and administrative executives with zielraum.de.
