Playwright, author, and science writer Jacob Berkowitz’ curiosity driven work explores the intersection of science, story and self—with an eye to the sweep of history. Berkowitz’ last play Entangled was nominated for a 2019 Prix Rideau best play award, produced as a radio drama in 2021 by the National Arts Centre’s English Theatre and into an episode of CBC Radio’s Ideas. An updated paperback version of his book The Stardust Revolution was published in 2022. Founder of Quantum Writing, Berkowitz weaves complex, transdisciplinary facts into engaging narratives for research-based organizations across the U.S. and Canada. He is an ISSP Writer-in-Virtual Residence.
